Automatic turning slideway unit for fast machining in conventional lathe machines
Description of the structure and function
- Automatic turning slideway units can be used for various cutting procedures on rotating workpieces.
- The recess of grooves or parting-off of workpieces the in-feed slideway will be used. This ensures a stroke of 20mm, pneumatically operated with an integrated and adjustable hydraulic system. This realises a constant and powerful independent feed speed in the cutting cycle.
- For straight turning this in-feed slideway is additionally equipped with an additional hydropneumatic slideway unit type W60/W75. In that case additional "X" strokes of up to 160mm are possible. The speed is also here on the integrated hydraulic system freely adjustable. The movement back into the starting position is approximately 4.000 mm/min.
- For automatic recess of several grooves or parting-offs or similar tasks the slideway unit W75 can be delivered with ballscrew system and NC-controlled motor.
- Special setups or additional functions can be integrated on demand or can berealized.
