The high performance tappining and boring series HG-25 NM-CNC to HG-150 NM-CNC is designed as a box base system. The units are fixed on a vertical stand so that the main operation is vertically. The CNC-controlled drilling and tapping unit consists of a spindle unit and a slideway unit. Both are driven by servo motors and encoders monitored. For the tapping both are synchronized with each other electronically, so that the thread pitch is absolute accurate. Differences of interpretation can reach spindle speeds, torques and stroke lengths on the customer-specific requirements depending on the area to be adjusted. In addition to the tapping and forming can be used with these machines also drilled, or grated and reboring be. 
The modern CNC control allows a free programming of the working parameters and storing sets of parameters. Mechanical conversion work at this machinetype omitted completely. We use as standard the controller type Siemens 840D. Instead of one unit it can be installed several stations and additionally round table.
