The CNC – NF 1 has been conceived for an economical processing of high-precision fitting grooves. This machine is also used for machining of cubical parts and is able to complete milling, drilling and screw tap operations, efficiently.

In the opposite to conventional controlled machine the CNC – NF 1 is able to mill several different fitting grooves in one chucking. For the milling of high-precision fitting grooves a special software for three different program flows is included in the  basic price. One for all groove width in the store installed program reduces the programming to a minimum. The corresponding subroutines include all necessary forward feed’s, spindle speeds and tool callings.

For establishing the complete groove it is only necessary to fix five parameter, as you can see in the enclosed programming example. (groove distance, shaft-diameter, groove-length, groove-depth and groove-width).

Especially effective is the wearing factor compensator of the groove cutters which are installed in the programs at series-production. It compensates the wear of the cutter from groove to groove automaticall. With this it is possible to work for a long time without manual contact within a close tolerance.

An automatical tool  change-over can be inserted if necessary.

The modular design of the  CNC – NF 1 makes it possible to deliver the machine with an X-axle from 700 mm in steps upto 4.000 mm travel.

A „Pick-up“-Disk-Tool-Magazine can be allocated at the right end of the table. The tool holding fixture is executed in taper SK 40.

A program for oscillating treatment could be installed.

The CNC – NF 1 can be equipped with different clamping means, such as tip clamping device, dividing apparatus, vices etc. A CNC-dividing-apparatus is to be inserted for processing of face- and spiral-curves. This CNC-dividing-apparatus is activated by the fourth axle of the CNC-control.
